This Week in the Library: March 21-25

I was sick most of this week with the flu, so we have several substitutes in the library.  Here's what students did:

Kindergarten / Grade 1: We heard "No Such Thing" by Jackie Koller.

Grade 2: We heard Cowboy and Octopus by Jon Scieszka.

Grade 3 (Keating/Pawling: Worked on their "Best Book I Ever Read" posters.

Grade 3 (Liker):  Reviewed and revisited WCCPBA books.

Grade 4 / 5: Had extended book selection and silent reading time.

Grade 6: Worked on their project: Reading and finding information in transportation schedules.  We worked on the Washington State Ferry System schedule.

Professional: I have been reading "Mindful Tech" by David Levy.
